Location ID Precision
Our Location ID system captures exact GPS coordinates for every delivery point. Senders share a short code, and riders navigate straight to the spot — no vague directions, no phone calls.
Each Location ID maps to a precise pin on the map, accurate to within metres. It works even in areas without street names or formal addressing.
Receivers generate a Location ID that expires in 24 hours. Generate a new one when needed — it's the fastest way to tell someone exactly where you are.

30-Minute City Delivery
Most within-city packages are delivered in under 30 minutes. Our rider network is spread across the city, so there's almost always someone nearby to pick up and go.
We match your package with the closest available rider. Pickup typically happens within minutes of booking, and delivery follows the shortest route.
For scheduled deliveries, choose a time window that suits you and your customer. Either way, you'll see live progress on the map.

Track in Real-Time
Follow your package live from pickup to delivery. Both sender and receiver get push notifications at every status change, so everyone stays in the loop.
The Yonne app shows the rider's location on a map in real time. You can also share a tracking link with the receiver so they can follow along.
Notifications fire at key moments: rider assigned, pickup complete, in transit, arriving, and delivered. No need to refresh or call.
